When client proceeds with applicant, organise signed contract and lead time/events until placement
Engage in visa application process if required
Coordinate any relocation of applicant and family if applicable
Start job placement and induction
Engagement
Ongoing engagement with client regarding performance of placement
Continuous engagement with placed candidate to ensure the role met their expectations and any critical employment issues are promptly and appropriately addressed
