  • When client proceeds with applicant, organise signed contract and lead time/events until placement
  • Engage in visa application process if required
  • Coordinate any relocation of applicant and family if applicable
  • Start job placement and induction
  • Ongoing engagement with client regarding performance of placement
  • Continuous engagement with placed candidate to ensure the role met their expectations and any critical employment issues are promptly and appropriately addressed
